Mommy Makeover Recovery
After your mommy makeover, you will notice some swelling, bruising, and discomfort as you begin your recovery journey. While you may see some results immediately, most of the improvements won’t be fully visible until your swelling goes down. Before you leave the office, Dr. Ulm or Dr. Cranford will give you aftercare instructions so you’ll know how to take care of your incisions and what to avoid to ensure proper healing.
You’ll need to take at least two weeks of work and limit your activity level. You will likely be able to return to light activity after 3-4 weeks, but strenuous activity must be avoided for at least 6-8 weeks.
